Let’s Chat About: Tarot @THP South

From Tarot of the Divine to The Pasta Tarot deck, it’s clear that we’re turning to the cards these days. But there can be a big gap between buying your first deck or pulling your first cards, and building a relationship and understanding of this ancient practice. Let’s chat about tarot, its major themes and suites, and ways to work with tarot cards as a mindfulness practice. We’ll have decks for you to work with, but bring your own if you have them!

Let’s Chat About: Astrology @THP South

What’s up with the cosmos and what’s that have to do with us? In this exploration hour we’ll dig into our own charts, especially our sun, moon, and rising signs, and what it can help us learn about ourselves ~ and each other. We’ll also chat about July's cosmic transits and how that’s shaping our current experiences. Whether you know your chart deeply or you’re just curious about astrology, come by to chat about it!

Note: You can find a free version of your astrology chart online if you have your birth date, time, and location.

Death Cafe @West

You are invited to a Death Café experience where people, often strangers, gather to discuss death.

The objective is “to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives”. The experience will be a group discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counseling session. Death Cafés help people talk about death and dying in a supportive, unstructured way.
